At Eazy Go Trip, we strive to offer the best travel experiences to our customers. However, we understand that plans may change. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or returns may be applicable for our services.
1. Booking Cancellations
A. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- More than 15 days before departure: 90% refund of the total booking amount (after deducting service charges, if any).
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
B. No-Show
If a customer does not show up for the tour or fails to provide required documentation (e.g., ID proof), no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Processing
- All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- Service and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Service Disruption by Eazy Go Trip
If a tour/service is cancelled or significantly altered by Eazy Go Trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, political unrest, or operational issues:
- Customers will be offered 100% refund or rescheduling options based on availability.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are non-refundable:
- Booking of flights, trains, or hotels via third-party providers.
- Charges for permits, government taxes, or visa application fees.
- Incomplete tour due to personal issues, late arrivals, or early departures.
